⏰ When Should I Arrive?
We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. For groups of 5 or more, we recommend arriving 1 hour ahead to ensure a smooth check-in process. Please note that your reservation time is your water time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of rental time if we cannot accommodate your reservation without affecting others. No refunds will be issued for lost time due to late arrivals.
🌊 What Are Your Jet Ski Boundaries?
On most days, you’re welcome to explore the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Ciega Bay, and Tampa Bay. However, for safety reasons, boundaries may be adjusted based on wind and tide conditions. Our team makes these determinations each morning to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
💳 Do You Require a Deposit?
No deposit required! A valid payment method and a government-issued photo ID are all that’s needed at check-in.
🔑 What do I need to rent a jet ski?
You must be 18+ with a valid government-issued photo ID to rent a jet ski. However, those aged 14+ are permitted to be on a jet ski. The parent or guardian must be on the machine with them and will be required to sign a consent form. Riders under 18 can ride as passengers with an adult who is 18+ and responsible for the rental.
💳 Do I need a boating license?
Yes — Florida law requires anyone born after 1988 to carry a boater education certificate. You can get a temporary license online in minutes.
⚖️ What’s the max weight for a jet ski?
Our jet skis hold 2 riders or 400 lbs total. Over the limit? No worries — we’ll set you up with a second jet ski.
⏱️ How long is the ride?
Choose between a 1-hour free ride or a 2-hour guided tour. Both include safety instructions and scenic views!
